As announced at our annual meeting, the comprehensive landscape rehabilitation project recently approved by the Board of Directors has commenced. Virtually every planting bed in our community will be impacted - unhealthy and overgrown plants will be removed, planting beds will be thinned out, plants will be relocated, and many new shrubs and trees will be planted. In addition, all irrigation lines in the beds will be tested to assure they are working properly.
This project will likely last through most of November, starting with the beds in front of the homes on the periphery.
Be aware that the landscapers will need to have full access to the beds in front of your homes. Please remove all planters, yard art and Halloween decorations.
