This year's meeting will be held at the Blue Mesa Grill in Granite Park, just to the north of our community. Appetizers will be served and there will be drawings for prizes for attendees.
Two positions on the Board of Directors are up for election. Directors are elected for two-year terms. If you would like to run for the Board, please complete a Candidate Information Form, print it (save it on your computer) and mail/email/fax it to FirstService Residential by September 30, 2017 to have your name pre-printed on the ballot. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor. All nominees will be given five minutes to introduce themselves and to make a statement about their candidacy.
In order to have a normal quorum, 25% of the Members (one per home) must be present, either in person or by proxy. We can still hold the election of Directors if 10% of the membership is present. If you will be unable to attend, please print and complete a Proxy Form, and either return it to FSR by October 2, 2017, or give it to a neighbor who you know will be attending in person.
Please click on Annual Meeting Information here, or in the menu at the left for complete details.
Wednesday, November 8th
The time and location for this meeting are to be determined.
The Directors will elect Officers for 2017-2018. Also to be approved will be the 2018 budget of the Association.
