There are many historical, cultural, recreational, and entertainment opportunities close by. This new community is a wonderful place to live and to call home. NORTH DALLAS TOLLWAY CLOSURE
Posted on Mar 28th, 2017
In order to complete the demolition of the Tennyson Parkway bridge over the Dallas North Tollway, the DNT will be closed between Spring Creek Parkway and the Sam Rayburn Tollway from 11:00 pm on Friday, March 31 until 5:00 am on Monday, April 3.

BALTIC BOULEVARD CONSTRUCTION
Posted on Jan 26th, 2017
The City of Plano has begun construction of a wastewater force main that will extend from the southwest corner of TX-121 and the North Dallas Parkway to a lift station near Ohio Drive and Hedgcoxe Road. A section of this sewer line will run under the entire length of Baltic Boulevard.

We have been told that the work will progress from the west (Dallas Parkway) to the east (Parkwood Boulevard), and is planned to continue for 5-6 weeks.

UPDATE 3/27/17: Obviously, the schedule on this project has slipped. The City Engineer has informed us that the force main trenching and pipe installation will continue into next week, working from west to east. They have started the pavement restoration, again starting at the DNT service road. Once the pavement has cured, they wil be reopening the road, in sections, as soon as possible. They now hope that the "our" phase of the project will be completed by the end of May.
